Shipping policy

At Sache Couture, most of our items are made-to order. This means that once your order is placed, we craft your items(s) individually, ensuring top quality. We work with different vendors and manufactures world wide. this is the reason for varied deliver times.

Production time- is the period during which the manufacturer crafts your order. The production schedule may vary based on volume.

Shipping time-This duration covers the time from when the package is handed over to the delivery company until it reaches your designated destination. 

International Shipping Charges- You may be charged for an additional fee by your local carrier when you receive your order. (This cannot be controlled from the seller side because it is dependent on your own country regulations. 

Please note: During peak seasons, there may be a possibility that your parcel may arrive later than the initially expected deliver date. We do apologize for any inconvenience if this occurs. 

For International Shipping - It will take around 2-3 weeks (business day)  depending on the product and country being shipped to.

Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order . 

Incorrect /Insufficient Address: Please provide the correct address on checkout . We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong, lost or damaged. We are unable to refund or replace the order.  However, we can offer a discount code for another purchase.
